SMILE... : ))

SMILE... : ))

Each person has the most unique, amazing gift in the world, their smile. Share your smile with the world today because YOU rock it best... : )))

Smiling can positively affect others in many ways, even in just one minute. When we smile, we send a nonverbal message to others that we are friendly, approachable, and interested in them. This can help to break down social barriers and create a more welcoming and inclusive environment.

To me, the best part about a smile is the contagiousness of how something so simple can produce so much good. It is a universally recognized expression of happiness, joy, and positivity. It is a simple yet powerful gesture that can have a significant impact on our emotional & physical well-being. When we smile, our brain releases endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin, which are known as the "feel-good" hormones. These chemicals help to reduce stress, anxiety, & pain while improving our mood, boosting our immune system, and increasing our overall sense of well-being. Smiling is also contagious, and it can help to build social connections, improve communication, and create a positive atmosphere in any setting. Overall, a smile is a powerful tool that can have a significant impact on our mental & physical health, as well as the well-being of those around us.

Finally, smiling can create a sense of connection and empathy between people. When we smile, we demonstrate that we are present and engaged in the conversation, which can help to build trust and strengthen relationships.

So the real question is, why do we not smile more if all of this is true? Well the answer is quite simple, we as human beings feel nervous, timid or just scared to smile at others we see. This may be caused out of fear of judgment or unfamiliarity. Though the solution to this is to take action, tp change the stigma and influence the world one minute at a time. Not holding back but instead sharing our smile for all to see; to spread positivity & create this change we all could use…: )))
